I was recommended to Barry Jones at Broadland Hearing Care by my mother, who had noticed, along with my partner a deterioration in my hearing (as much as I didn’t want to admit it).
So, I booked an appointment, Barry immediately made me feel at ease, he performed a series of tests and evaluations, he then talked me through my options with a huge amount of consideration to someone who was still in a bit of denial!
After deciding which devices to go for, they were ordered & within a week I was back at Stalham for a fitting, and since that day I have never regretted my decision to book that initial appointment with Barry.
