This is the second time in just over two years that I have visited Broadland Hearing Care. It has always been difficult removing wax from my ears, and usually it takes more than one or two goes! This time I was wax-free in just one visit - the relief was enormous. As last time Barry was kind and gentle, and I felt in safe hands. He explained every step of the procedure and gave advice on aftercare. It's the nature of the beast that I shall probably have to have it done again in a couple of years, and I will definitely be going back to Broadland Hearing Care! Thank you, Barry!
